Ingredients:

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
2 tablespoons canna-butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups half-and-half cream
3/4 pound process cheese (Velveeta), cubed.

Directions:

  • Cook macaroni according to the package directions. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, melt canna-butter over medium heat.
  • Stir in the flour until smooth, while gradually adding the cream; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until mixture thickens. Reduce the heat and stir in the cheese until it is melted.
